What is a Parent Add-on Membership?
Value-added benefits designed for families with multiple guardians. Once activated, it allows multiple parents to share certain membership perks, eliminating the need to purchase separate companion tickets.
Are there membership blackout dates?
Valid on regular days, weekends, and most holidays. Restrictions may apply only on special buyout/limited event dates, per the park's advance notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Auto-terminates if not renewed. Annual passes may be partially refunded via support based on remaining validity, minus used benefits fees.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can submit an application through the store front desk, the membership mini-program, or the official customer service phone number. Simply provide the linked mobile phone number to process the request.
Is my membership universal?
Single-location memberships are only valid at the store of purchase. All-access memberships work at all BLUE GALAXY locations nationwide (excluding limited benefits). See membership details for terms.
